Not All Protein Shakes Are Created Equal/nThere's many bases used for protein shakes as well, that's where you have to be careful. There's milk, whey, egg, soy, brown rice, hemp, pea protein and more. The one you choose should be based on quality first, taste second./nEach type of protein will act slightly differently in your body, not all have benefits. Most of the major brands of protein shakes will be loaded with added sugar, stay away from these. /nAnd be careful, if these major brands advertise "no sugar" be wary because they replace the sugar with something just as bad if not worse, "artificial sweeteners" such as sucralose, sucrose, aspartame, glucose syrup and the list goes on. Protein shakes that contain added sugar and these artificial sweeteners are all crap, do not waste you money!/nThere is very little to no nutritional value in these processed protein shakes./nEveryone needs good quality protein and protein shakes are a good way to get what you need daily, just take my advice and read the labels!/nHere are three brands that I have in my home and use every day, SunWarrior Raw Vegan protein, Sprouted Living Raw Protein and NatraBurst Raw Protein and Superfoods.
