7 Minute Workout is not a fad it is a lifestyle change that will help you get in the best shape of your life. /nMy name is Jaden Daniels. I have been athletic most of my life. I hurt my right knee a few years ago and after 7 surgeries the doctor told me no more sports./ni did nothing but feel sorry for myself. I didn't try to exercise. I drank beer and ate thinking that I was finished./nOne day I woke up and said I am going to get in shape. I am not going to let this doctor tell me I can't play sports. /nSo I started the 'Body For Life" contest. It was a 90 transformation contest. The workouts took about 45 minutes to an hour 3 days a week and 20 to 30 minutes the other 3 days a week. I took one day off. /nI got in really good shape, but I dreaded all the workouts. And after life happened, I eventually quit and went back to drinking beer. /ni cane across the 7 Minute Workout. Got started and I haven't looked back. I look forward to my workouts, because they are so short and I get great results. /nI am still on my journey to get into the best shape, but I am loving this journey. i wake up everyday looking forward to living. /nNow when you first start 7 Minute Workout the only thing we want you to do is to get your body moving. Don't worry about changing your diet. Diet is such a temporary word anyway. /nWe want you to make 7 Minute Workout a habit. A habit is just something you do automatically, right? So do the 7 Minute Workout for a month, and it will become a habit./nI have to say I look forward to all my workouts. i keep a journal, so I can see my progress from week to week.
