I enjoyed the way Joel has presented this series. He is so down to Earth and tells you what it is with no punches. I have followed him for many years; yet, I never went into the GVO business when it was first launched. Now, I think differently about this as Joel ties the human approach to develop a system of well being. The whole medical field is changing and more and more doctors are starting to use the holistic approach to medicine. I have a doctor who believes in this and tries not to medicate you for any problem unless you need to. This video is fantastic! It encapsules everything NLS is about. I've been doing 7 min. workouts 3 times a week for a couple of weeks now and I'm already seeing and feeling the results! This is awesome...
