You got it wrong Paul, everyone from the Kickstarter matrix reentry in the Builder one...no additional people needed for that!
When they upgrade to the second matrix...everyone keep their position...you will make money from down-lines only when they upgrade...simple
The 3rd matrix...the 6 and 7 levels are unlock and you should know that, your down-lines will build deeper..so again the same people are there again without rebuilt it, you may have some empty spot, but will fill up with time...
So, in conclusion...it is an Affiliate Program with 5tiers level for the first 2 matrices and 7 tiers level for the 2 last one.
