I would like to suggest that there should be an app for android, iphone and windows smartphone for us to backup our device not just download the data apps like open access. Since the packages indicate 1 computer or device..

Joel, just fyi... I have a MAC and have not upgraded to Yosemite yet. I am running OSX 10.9.5 and I was having the same problem and needed to apply this fix.
